Customers for us come in two forms - mad sausage owners and four legged friends. We hope both of these customers love our brand and just how much every order means to us! We want you to love T-Dawg as much as us and be a part of our hound pack - one of the T-Dawg family.

Privacy & Safety
We only use and store your information to fulfil your orders and will always protect your personal information. We use third-party banking to verify payments, collect data from orders and will contact users after their purchase was completed successfully and for other business activity only.
Our user’s privacy is of the highest importance to us.

We accept Credit or Debit Cards via our online payment platform.
Returns Policy
As most of our items are made to measure (bespoke) we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on these products, except in instances where the error has been made by us. If you believe that an error has been made we urge you to contact us to discuss the problem. We will do all we can to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Small, Medium and Large standard sized Snoods are returnable, with the exception of wholesale items. Postage is non refundable and the customer is responsible for the return postage.Items will only be refunded if they are in a clean and unworn condition.
Postage Charges
We do all we can to get your parcel to you as economically as possible. We use both Hermes and Royal Mail and use our own discretion on which operator to use for speed and cost. You can of course request your preference in the comments.
You only pay one postage cost regardless of the number of items you order. If you place an order and later decide you want to add another item, you can! Just raise a new order and then select upgrade to current order and state in the comments your original order number. We only want you to pay for postage once.
Alterations
If a customer gets their measurement wrong (it happened to us all at some point) we may be able to do an alteration, we estimate the cost to range between £5 to £10 depending on the level of work involved. Customers are responsible for the return postage and the new outward bound postage.
Washing Instructions
All of our Fleece jumpers are machine washable, we recommend you wash on a low temperature (ie 30 degrees) and air dry.
Our waterproof belly fleeces need less washing as you can simply wipe the underbelly panel clean and air dry the fleece ready for the next adventure.
Product Information
Our fleece jumpers are made from 100% polar fleece that is anti pill, thermal, quick drying and shower resistant.
